Pigments belong to subtractive color mixing, and using Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black as the basic colors can maximize the color gamut within the range of the human eye’s retina.
In Ziz System:
Cyan is the most basic cool color, symbolizing nature, tranquility and eternity.
Magenta is the most basic warm color, symbolizing movement, passion and innovation.
Yellow is the most basic warm color carrier, symbolizing dignity, hope and enlightenment.
Black is the universe, deep, empty and boundless.
